Within the United States, Beginning April 17, 2020.
USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.
We have extended our VRTS2020 coupon to cover gift cards if you would like to take advantage of the savings and order later.

I ordered a set of Vulcan trucks, On3 on January 10th and have not heard a thing. It was a PayPal transaction. Are they back ordered due to a supplier? Is there a shipping issue? Please respond as to the status of the order or if you even received the payment from PayPal. Thank You for your time.
Thank you for contacting us. Your order was shipped out 2 days ago, it was not impacted by supplier delays. All of our 3d printed products are printed on-demand, and as such orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship out depending on order volume and printer availability. I did update our FAQ page as we had made some changes to how we tracked product stock and it was no longer applicable. I apologize for the confusion.
You should have recieved an email with tracking information when the package was picked up. If that is not the case, please email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
