Description
Begining in 1898 the D&RGW built the first of their high side gondolas. All told a total of 1300 cars were built in 6 different classes. These three cars represent the first three classes of cars as they were built.
These cars were boxcar red with white lettering. To complete the model, paint, and decal to your liking.

A – Class 12A – 10-Stake with 4-board sides 50″ tall
B – Class 12B – 10 Stake with 4-board sides 40″ Tall
C – Class 13 – 9 Stake with 4-board sides 40″ Tall
